Shipping Policy for SkinSync® Patches

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $50 within the United States.

International Shipping Due to regulation on Hemp products we do not ship outside the USA.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@skinsyncpatches.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll work to resolve the issue.
